• Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer returns or refunds on commissioned pieces or rentals.

• If an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may involve a replacement or repair, as applicable.
